Sarah brings 15 years of experience in education, including senior leadership and four years as a Primary School Headteacher.

As a Headteacher, she was responsible for far more than the day-to-day running of a school. She managed people, budgets, projects, deadlines, communications and competing priorities while working with staff, families, governors, external professionals and wider stakeholders.

This experience developed Sarah's strengths in organisation, leadership, problem-solving, project coordination, communication, strategic thinking and anticipating what needed to happen next.

Sarah understands firsthand how easily operational demands can detract from the strategic development and growth that move a business forward. It is a challenge she is passionate about helping business owners overcome.
